Teaching this chapter of geometrics requires an especially high niveau of demonstration. This is what this interactive programme package provides to our colleagues. The diverse forms of the natural and artificial world and the everlasting source of the motives of the art of decoration constitute the basis of the presentation of the topic. The congruence transformations of the plane are either point-transformations (point-to-point functions), or motions. Our goal is to demonstrate and teach both aspects. Not only congruence transformations, but also examples for non-rectilinear non-congruence transformations are presented. Motions and the axial mirroring in details are dealt with in ten chapters. The use of our resource pack is independent from any course books. The visual materials, the teaching prompts and the student task sheets all contribute to a complex resource pack.
